ACDelco Professional 219-607 Fuel Injection Throttle Body Gasket Kit: Enhanced Performance for Efficient Fuel Injection Review

When installing the injector o-rings, install them in the throttle body first and remember to apply a small amount of grease, then install the injectors. Attempting to install o-rings on the injector and attempting to install them will cut or damage the o-ring and cause leakage. Someone mentioned in a previous post that they had a leak, I think that's what caused it.

Some of these kits don't come with fuel line seals but that's fine because of the 3 I ordered 2 came with them. Good buy. There are 2 sizes of pod spacers, but the larger one can be trimmed to fit when replacing the smaller one. Not sure what the difference is, maybe throttle 454 vs 350. Unfortunately two seals were missing, one of the plastic washers that goes to the fuel line connection and one of the injector O-rings. Luckily I'm resourceful and had a spare throttle body to pull the gaskets out of because I didn't want to waste time sending them back. I understand that there are many small details that need to be monitored in quality control, but still. Says it fits 454 Big Block but doesn't. The base gasket is designed for smaller throttle bodies. This was the biggest issue for me as the big block has it's own parts and this kit says it "fits".
