Description of ACDelco 6K970 Professional V Ribbed Serpentine

Made with temperature and crack resistant EPDM rubber for a long life and quiet, dependable performance. Is the belt of choice by professional technicians, lasting 50% to 60% longer than retail belts (low priced belts sold at car part stores). Its precision dimension control of rib profile transmits load efficiently throughout the accessory belt drive systems (ABDS) allowing components to operate at optimum levels. Able to operate and accept misalignment in the accessory belt drive systems (ABDS) far greater than other serpentine belts. Its flexible construction allows the belt to withstand billions of topside and backside bends resulting in a long belt life.

Smooth and Reliable

The ACDelco V-ribbed serpentine belt is a lifesaver. As a result of my tests, I DETERMINED that this belt performs smoothly and is highly reliable. Its ribbed design provides maximum traction which ensures smooth operation and extends the lifespan of the belt. However, the installation process is a bit tricky and requires some technical know-how .Overall, it's a great investment for your car's long-term maintenance..

Pros
  • Durable and long-lasting
Cons
  • Pricier than some other options in the market

Very Quiet Operation

I use this belt on my 2005 Supercharged Tahoe. All other belts I tried squeaked after a few miles with them. Not this belt. You'd almost never notice it's there, other than all the accessories working the way they're supposed to: quietly.

Pros
  • Replacement Parts
Cons
  • Damaged
