well converged but not yet fully operational.

matched well, but not yet fully used, still need to do some other work, but installation is quite simple, but you need more than that to install Does not work with Ford studs, you need to connect it the old way,,,hose and clamp

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Quality unit with OEM specifications. Highly recommended.

If you are replacing an OEM block on a GM box body use this block. Just make sure you properly identify your fuel lines before installing a new valve. It's a hassle to change this, so you'll want to make sure you're setting up the new block properly. Also make sure the lines are secure and tight. Should serve you well for many years.

Pros
  • Nice packaging
Cons
  • So far so good

Could be better for spares

I bought this to replace the same type used as a diesel switch in an older car. It's the same as the Pollack switch and it even says so, but it's a much cheaper price than the Delco AC box. The original switch I had drew air into the line and in the end that was all it did, it didn't direct any fuel at all. I installed it and right out of the box it drew a small amount of air into the lines, just like the original. At the moment it is functional but has a flawed design.

  • practical item

Perfect for my 1975 IH Travelall

I used it to switch between two tanks in my 1975 IH Travelall. The valve has two independent connections - 3/8" and 5/16". Since all my fuel lines are 5/16" in diameter, I used them and plugged in 3/8". I use a mechanical fuel pump so I don't use it to select electric fuel pumps. Just use two wires with a DPDT reversing switch. According to the manufacturer, there is a filter after each tank before the selector valve. It also provides good visual control of flow.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Non automatic

It MAY fit your truck

My 1976 K10 doesn't use this valve for direct mount. They say it fits, but not without effort and modification. You will need a 6-way valve for this year's truck, but this year only uses a 12 volt single wire signal to actuate the valve. The next section is for novice engineers. This valve requires +12 and ground on two pins to work continuously in one direction and reverse polarity to work on the opposite tank. The single wire gives you +12 or ground (+12v for the left tank, ground for the…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
