I love how easy it is! It works great with my practice management software which helps me keep track of all our appointments as well as keeping an electronic copy available at any time if needed (which happens often). There are some glitches when you're trying to access certain sections within this program but they seem like minor issues compared to its overall usefulness. I like how it can be used as an easy reference tool when you're not sure if your insurance is accepted by certain doctors/hospitals etc., but also has many more features than just those few basics! I like that the system is easy to navigate and very intuitive. It is very customizable and the customer service is great. I would like to see more of the "old school" features that were included in the previous version of the software. I would like to be able to have more control over the way that I display my notes, which is one of the more cumbersome features of the system.
