My new Acer SB220Q BI is thrilled

So I needed a new, fast monitor for my video editing station in the home office - the price was too cheap to do without the Acer SB2220Q BI; But it is not VESA compatible. No problem. This mount/adapter did the trick. Ease of installation. Sturdy too, but I deducted a few stars from the thickness category of the rating. When adjusting the monitor angle, be sure to hold the bracket underneath. He could use some stabilizers so the monitor doesn't just rest on the two protruding protrusions…

Does not provide stability when installed

Good concept but needs revision. It fits perfectly in the ground. However, it's really unstable. Since it's attached to the bottom of the monitor (not in the middle), the top has no support, causing the monitor to wobble. The model I received came with an extra piece to keep the monitor from moving but it doesn't fit at all. The part has a flat circular liner with a 3M command strip that attaches to the back of the monitor. However, the back of my monitor (Acer H226HQL) is not flat. It has a…

Terrible product because I don't have any other options

Just not enough products for Acer H236HL VESA adapters and unfortunately this is one of them. It's currently the only one available from Revain and I had no choice but to buy it when I upgraded to a VESA mount. This product does NOT fit the monitor perfectly and just lets the monitor hang on two steel pins. . It took me a good hour of investigation to figure out what exactly was preventing this. It turned out that the steel pins on the back have small bumps and are too high compared to Acer's…

Cool idea, not perfect but gets the job done

This really gives me what I need - the ability to mount monitors on a VESA monitor stand - but it's not perfect. For one, the insert doesn't fully fit into the monitor stand's slot like the OEM stand does. I would not use these brackets to mount the monitor sideways let alone upside down as there is no guarantee the monitor will not just fall off them. Luckily I only need mine upright.
