This is a really good kayak paddle. It can come apart, but when you put it together it doesn’t feel flimsy. It is really light weight and extremely useful. This is a great purchase!

I've named my new yellow Ocean Broad paddle "Butter"! Cause it cuts through the water like butter! I love how visable it is and lightweight and sturdy! Extra length is perfect for me, especially when paddling with my puppy. Very happy I made this purchase!

I can't say there is anything I don't like about this paddle. It was as expected! I recently paddled a place called Blackwater Creek, appropriately named, there was much debris lying in the blackwater. I used the heck out of this paddle to push off of stumps, roots and downed trees. Performs like a champ!

Not a serious kayaker. Just wanted a better paddle than came with kayak. Nice color options. Honestly have not gotten to use yet, as have not been on the water since purchased. Assume they will work just fine. Look solid. Question to actually being carbon fiber - ? Think so? Pleased with purchase

Love my Oceanbroad paddle, plain and simple. My first day out with it I kept going and going until I was five miles from home, and had to paddle another five to get home! It was a breeze.

Love this paddle. Light weight. Took it on 12 mile kayak trip . My 2nd trip kayaking. Strong winds. Paddling was continuous and with this light weight paddle , I didnt get as tired as I expected. Still, I need gloves or something to cushion my thumbs. Did get a couple blisters but the trip was worth it🥰

I bought this as a gift for a friend who had been limping along with a broken paddle for like a year. She was so happy with it, she left it for me to try out myself. It's GREAT! Very lightweight compared to the metal bar that came with my kayak as a set, and a smooth comfortable finish of carbon fiber where you grab on. I normally feel a blister coming on after an hour of paddling, but not with this one at all. Plus -- it's perfect length. I'm going to order one now for myself!

I used these with an inflatable kayak and they are so much better than the cheap ones that came with the kayak. It is amazing how light they are.

Shipped on time and packaged well. Appears well made and is very lightweight. Works great with my perception. Length is perfect, I paddle in straight line now. I am very pleased with the paddle.

Worth the price! I'm no longer exhausted with hands hurting after a paddling with the heavy and awful paddles that are included in kayak rentals. I wish I had done this sooner!

I'm new to kayaking so while waiting for these I jumped at cheaper paddles at a store before these arrived. Thought I'd return these when I got them. My husband did not want me buying a paddle with an aluminum shaft (he was thinking electric storms and lightning). It is well-made, light weight, and smooth in the water. I researched many paddles and this one always seemed to make it to the top of my list. I use my paddle in man made lakes that can still get a bit rough with my origami kayak. The paddle has held up well in the six or seven times I've used it so far and performed nicely. It's easy to assemble. I am so happy with my purchase and recommend it to others!
