Very good bag. Been on my bike for a few months with no problems. There are two elastic fastening loops on the underside and a mesh pocket on the inside of the lid. When the bag is opened I have a set of patches, a spare inner tube, a chain tool, a gauge, tire levers, zip ties, a spoke wrench, an adjustable wrench and various allen keys. It's pretty complete. So there's less chance of your rear tire chafing if you lower your seat and hit a good bump.
