i recently purchased knee pads for my water sports activities and find these KEVLAR ones to be top-notch .They fit comfortably and stay in place through all the splashing and movement in the water. As my tests showed they provide excellent protection against scrapes and bruises. The only downside is that they feel a bit bulky when worn with a wetsuit. This suit is really very durable. Good material, zipper is reliable. Good weight for the Caribbean. I was arguing between three and four stars because the Kevlar knee pads are really frayed - they look like an afterthought. I've seen suits with very smooth, slick knee pads - they're sewn on with rough edges that seem to tear apart over time.
