Whining, I mean the winner

My girlfriend says it's hers when she whines. But I can't hear it because of her whining, so I'm fine. Can tell a difference.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • boring packaging

Easy installation. The reason for the four stars is the whistle.

Easy installation. The reason for the four stars is the whistling noise. I got used to it after a few days but I can see how annoying it can be for some people. The sound is fine for me just because I listen to music while driving.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • Negative available

My Jeep sounds great. All I can say is

To be honest. I have no idea if that thing works. I have it with ak and n inlet. My Jeep sounds great. All I can say is this. It's easy to install and even if I have 3 or 4 hp it was worth it. My Wrangler is a pig and every little bit helps.

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Efficient mod at a reasonable price

I bought to give my 2010 JK a little extra power with a sluggish 3.8 V6. My only regret is not opting for 2012 or newer to get the more powerful 3.6 V6. I added this and the Specter cold air intake at the same time. I feel a certain power when I take it and it sounds very cool. Hopefully the new aFe exhaust I ordered will improve the efficiency of these two mods. Also hoping for an improvement in MPG (if I can take my foot off the accelerator).

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for the elderly

The MPG boost was pretty good considering it's not a huge gasket

I was really surprised by this screw from AFE. The MPG boost was pretty good considering it's not a huge pad. I have a 2010 Wrangler and wanted to get some of my MPG back off the lift and tires, I went from 12 to around 14 and 14.5 depending on how I overclocked. There is definitely a noticeable throttle response and increase in power. Nothing major, so don't worry if your jeep doesn't reach 100 km/h in 5.2. You're in a jeep, a box on wheels, a windmill, not a windmill. Great product, gladly…

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Upgrades

AFE throttle body gasket is the best choice for you!

I recently installed this TBS along with CAI, Exhaust and Unichip Flash Programer. All in all what can I tell you, I've heard that TBS works, it's hard to say the exact gain of TBS and exclude others, but with what I recommend doing all the basic bolts I made have. This made a difference in day/night performance. What's also funny in the comments about the whistle you get when you add TBS is they tell me TBS doesn't whistle so don't complain about it knowing it will install the product or not…

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Speed
