Top quality from Akebono

Excellent quality product and a very big step up from the stock brakes that were installed when I last visited Firestone.

Pros
  • Product packaging width is 13.0cm
Cons
  • unreliable

OE Quality Parts

Fits perfectly on a 14 year old Altima. Comes with brackets and a small bag of brake grease. Great hold, will buy again when the time comes.

Pros
  • Brake Pads
Cons
  • Reliability

Too big for my Altima

This was listed as the right size for 14 Altimas when I bought them. They were too big and I had to buy a new set from Autozone. Seller and revain form didn't respond hence the bad rating. I recommend saving $ and buying elsewhere.

Pros
  • Brake System
Cons
  • Not bad

Very quiet pads.: Brake system

We have a 2016 Nissan Altima with very noisy factory pads, especially when reversing. My wife kept saying how much she hated that sound so I decided to replace them with aftermarket pads. Shortly thereafter (less than a week later), the noise returned. I got so frustrated that I started looking online for the best rubbers. I found a YouTube video (Scotty Kilmer's channel) that recommended Akebono pads if you're tired of the loud brakes. I tried and they worked! It's been three months and…

Pros
  • Spare parts
Cons
  • Poorly thought out
