🥥 Alba Botanica Coconut Milk More Moisture Shampoo, 32 Oz Review

I've heard so many good things about this product that I really wanted to try it. Needless to say the scent, the price and everything else is perfect - even the fact that it's sulphate free etc. But somehow since I've been using it the hair fall is increasing! I'm a little concerned. Not to mention that it dries out your hair. Since this bottle is huge I don't even know if I can return it.

I've heard about the Jessica Alba line of products and that they don't use sulfates, parabens and whatnot. I ordered shampoo and conditioner a few years ago. I love her! Coconut smells wonderful. I couldn't understand why my hair was suddenly so dry and dead. I was really amazed because after washing with this brand of shampoo and conditioner it felt silky in the shower. But after blow drying or blow drying my hair became brittle and dry and I started seeing a lot of hair breakage. I ended up spending a lot of money on different hair products to restore it. Not a fan. I love AB products but this one doesn't work. Maybe fake? Above all. Odor. When you apply it you can smell coconut and pineapple but then it smells rancid and I swear it smells just like vomit. But I bought a big bottle and I'm not the type to waste, so I sucked it up and kept using it. My hair looked BAD for a while so I bought something from L'Oreal and I'm a lot happier. I'll guess and say it's fake or a bad batch.

I LOVE this shampoo and conditioner to match. Be careful if you order something else with it. Although trying to prevent leakage, the lid unscrewed just enough to pour the shampoo into a sealed bag that had enough hole in the seal to spill the shampoo onto my spirulina bag. Does not tighten or leave marks on the hair. I use it in conjunction with the same series of conditioners. I love how my hair looks and feels afterwards. My photos were taken after not washing my hair for a few days and after using shampoo and conditioner. I don't know how this product should smell. However, it smells like rotten hard-boiled eggs, wet cardboard that has sat for days, or rotten coconuts. This is just an honest review. I thought the smell was just because it was organic, but now I doubt it. Hair is not soft after use. The packaging was good, didn't leak. Delivery was quick. But be careful, it smells bad.
