warranty garbage. The rep told me that my F-350 suspension system is too stiff for this and they don't cover the product with a warranty. Nowhere in the description/installation or warranty pdf is it said anything about one ton truck which voids the warranty. I also mentioned that I have used it occasionally on my RV which they claim is also out of warranty. Just be warned if you want to use this on a truck or camper it's not covered (won't find it in writing)

I've been using this product for a year and to date I'm mostly happy with it. Hitch bounces - while driving on the freeway one of the belts snapped and my bike fell over in the middle of a busy freeway (70 mph). This is a decent bike rack that would definitely do the trick but I saw someone who had the Premier Edition and wish I could spend the extra $100 and get one . Key Benefits: Instead of cotter pins, you get quick-release fasteners on the top and bottom of the rack. This is much easier than removing the pins. To be honest I wanted a bike rack for 4 bikes but instead I bought one for 3 bikes especially for the locking feature which is a must for me. Finding a bike rack is next to impossible at the moment and I couldn't wait for others to be in stock due to our holiday plans. This is actually the second Allen 3 I have, the first one I accidentally left in an RV park. The first was a cheaper version of this, I've had it for a few years and it worked like a champ. Some of these bike racks are bloody expensive so I decided to upgrade to a prettier version of my old one because of the elastic rubber straps instead of the nylon straps my cheaper version had. Like it but ONLY AFTER the next 3 problems are solved. I can now ride with two wobble-free bikes mounted with the bike's front wheel in place, and more importantly, I can remove the rack and its mounts in 10 seconds when not needed.
