This product worked perfectly for us. The support was excellent, and they were very responsive to our needs. I have no complaints. They are excellent. Highly recommended. This software has been excellent for us, and their customer service is second to none. We use this software to manage our content, especially articles. I like how it can be used across multiple platforms, even those that are not Microsoft products (and vice versa). It's very powerful once you get to know all of its features. I like that it allows me to create custom categories, subcategories & tags as well allowing my customers easy access by using their own search terms or keywords they are interested in when searching articles from our site! There are very few things one needs to worry about regarding this software; it's perfect! The admin interface, its ease of use especially if your familiar with CMS platforms like WordPress or Joomla! It does require additional software to add features that you will only find once again using other solutions such as Movable Type (Mac), etc..
