A great resource for quick info, good customer service and happy with product

I like that it's easy enough so anyone in my team could use without needing training or support from our larger systems integration partner (which we didn't have). It was also very intuitive once you got used to how things work - but there are still some features which aren’t as clear cut/intuitive than they should be! We're using this tool primarily within one of our departments where data collection has been difficult due to lack of staff resources & time constraints. This allows us all…

  • The flexibility of the tool allowing multiple data points to be collected at once, and the ability to use it on a mobile phone
Cons
  • Some of the features are a little hard to navigate the app is a bit slow, and the UI is a bit clunky

Alloy is a great tool for managing both sales and marketing automation!

I like that we’re able see trends in our business quickly without having tons of staff dedicated solely towards this type task! We have been using it since day one so there isn't much more than what you would expect from an online tool but if anything has improved my life as well was how quick they are answering questions or updating us when something doesn t work quite right (or not working correctly)!! There's nothing really negative about alloy other then maybe their prices could be slightly
