Allstar Performance ALL26087 Cleaner Spacer Review

Used for 4BBL Carter AFB. I had to cut out a small portion of the pitch to reveal the carb body, but this is a great replacement for the plastic spacer.

This riser will not center the stock air filter when placed between it and the carburetor/throttle body. I stopped using it after trying to get it to work. He ended up in a garbage can. Maybe an aftermarket cleaner would be better.

Didn't fit! I am using an Eldebrock air cleaner base, not a chip, the receiving groove machined into the adapter (ID) is the same as that of the air cleaner base. = does not fit in the groove! I'm going to make an adapter ring to use it, but if I knew I had to do it I would do the whole thing. If you are charging $15 for a 1 inch piece of aluminum tubing, please provide the exact measurements.

It's not an iota polished. You can shine with a little oil on your elbow but not what I expected. I have used it on a Motorcraft 2150 and it fits VERY snugly. I use a rubber mallet to fully install it and a small pry bar to remove it. I also had to undercut the inside a bit because I was interfering with the throttle connector on the throttle body.
