No instructions for door hardware and locks

No instructions provided but all you need to know is that you have to pull the parts very hard. Also, use a marker to mark the holes.

Poor build quality

I sent the pen back. The finish was of poor quality and I'd rather pay more for an excellent product (replaced it with a Schlage product).

Don't buy used hardware

I bought some used pens from Amazon. Most of them are either missing parts or broken. I ended up buying new ones. The new ones have no problems and look great. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

The Hulk would have no problem with that...

As another reviewer said, you have to take them apart very hard and I'd say that's actually a huge understatement. We had to send one back and so far 1 of 4 have been taken apart for installation. Even with the tool that comes with it, it's ridiculously complicated.

Very stylish and high quality

This is a dummy door handle for a cupboard or cupboard door. I use it on my son's double French door that doesn't have a locking mechanism and it works great and looks fantastic. You will be amazed at how easy it is to install and best of all, it looks amazing! Hope that helps
