This is my first time using a sandblasting gun so I did some research and bought some 80's aluminum oxide abrasive and tried it on some parts with light to medium rust and it works well. It is convenient to hold and use, and the hopper holds enough sand. The gun is a mix of metal and plastic, but overall it works well and the pressure and different media used will determine how roughly or accurately it works.
