I use it to deliver groceries to my home. The design is great - the bag is very strong and the overall frame is light. Climbing the stairs is pretty easy. It keeps everything in place, including large jugs of water or juice. One problem you might run into is if you have stairs that are made of planks/plates instead of blocks. I thought I would use it more for carrying underwear in and out of the basement but it's not as comfortable as I thought. If I had an injury or something like that, that would certainly be very helpful. It was uncomfortable for me to maneuver. I mainly use it for heavier items that I need to move up and down stairs, not everyday laundry. This is a good strong product but not as comfortable as I thought it would be. Although it is as advertised.
