Snap On Silicone Filter Clip

I've tried the plastic filter clip in the past with mixed results so I was excited to try this filter. I attached it to a stainless steel bowl that I usually use to wash fruits and veggies. My stainless steel bowl has a short rim at the top, but after several tries I was able to securely attach the clip to the rim of the bowl. The strainer covers about 1/4-1/3 of the top of the bowl. Good device; doesn't completely replace the colander but works quite well

This is a pretty cool device that works similar to a colander. You attach it to the pot and you can pour out the liquid while storing everything you cook. It's perfect for pasta or potatoes and I'm sure if you get creative in the kitchen you can think of other uses. Some concerns I had and discovered after using it for a while: 1. Easy to use as a standalone colander/colander or as a colander that attaches to the rim of the bowl. Best for straining cool food. A full information sheet is included in multiple languages - there are two pictures of how to use the screen. But the rest of the sheet is dangerous and cautions with a brief discussion of what food grade silicone is.
