Overpriced and Underperforming

The American Expedition Vehicles Colorado Jack DISAPPOINTED me greatly. As a new automotive buyer, i was eager to try this product, but as a result of my tests I determined that it was overpriced and underperforming. The one pro I can give it is that it looks sleek, but that's about it. The cons include the fact that it struggled to lift my vehicle, the base plate seems flimsy, and it is just too expensive for what it offers .Save your money and look elsewhere for a more reliable towing…

Pros
  • Durable construction makes it reliable for off-road use.
Cons
  • The price tag may be too high for some consumers.

Be careful - floor jack

I got this because I have 33 inch tires. Well, one night I found a nail and luckily I wasn't far from home. I took out the base and factory jack and started. I quickly noticed that my usual jacking point, the nice and flat underside of the lower arm, wasn't exactly accessible. An increasingly swollen tire pushed the base further. I felt I fixed the issue by rotating the base around the flat side, which gave me better use of the jack. I started lifting only for the jack to come out of the corner

Pros
  • double wedge
Cons
  • tape
