Chemical Smell in Household Items

I have been using powder free nitrile gloves in the kitchen, lab, brewery and studio for years and I can honestly say I have never had to think about how to make them smell because every smell, they had was faint and familiar, regardless of brand or style. These gloves absolutely smell like chemicals. I ordered them about a month ago when I ran out of another brand; Tonight I ran out, opened a new box with these gloves on and started kneading bread. After a few moments I started to wonder if my

Good fit and thick, feels secure

First I would say my hands are a bit larger than usual for a man. Just from the handshake I feel I would say. The length of my hand from the base of my palm to the tip of my ring finger is 7 3/4 inches. So I wasn't sure what size glove to buy. Big or very big? I chose size L because I wanted to make sure they were a snug fit around me as nothing bothers me more when wearing gloves than not being able to grip something properly with a loose glove. They fit me perfectly! Tight but not difficult…

Best rubber gloves I've ever used - highly recommend

I cook quite a bit and wanted something I can use from time to time to keep my hands clean. I use them because they are very durable and very easy to put on and take off. I mainly use them when chopping onions or garlic so the smell doesn't stay with me for like a day after cooking. I wash these gloves between stages of food processing as if they were my bare hands. As a result, I throw the viola in the trash, no residual smells from cooking and my hands are clean. My hands get a little sweaty…

For most uses NOT for medical use

These are industrial gloves. For most non-medical applications, two spaces on the back of the packaging indicate that they are not intended for medical use. I'm emphasizing this because a question was asked in the Q&A section of the listing. The size is accurate. My first box was large (that's the size of the regular gloves I wear) and they fit well, just a little tight. My second box was X-Large and they fit well, not sagging. They will withstand harsh chemicals such as gun cleaning solvents…

blue is better

I work in a prison so I'm crazy about gloves. I wanted to try black gloves for a change. I've seen many tattoo artists use them so I thought why not? Let me say this. If you work and rub with gloves a lot, these are not for you. The tattoo doesn't require a lot of them so they are great for her. These gloves tear so easily that they are difficult to put on. I found a way to make them easier to put on; Pick up a few of these and divide them into sections by stretching them. Do this in 1-inch…
