The only pair you will ever need!

My daughter 7 years old has used them for dancing for the last 2 years and ONE pair has lasted us ALL a year. And they're still in great shape, I only swapped them out because they're dirty, but seriously: EIGHT months of dance classes, ONE pair of tights! .The very first dance tights I ever bought were from Target and I ripped them seriously the first time I tried putting them on her. Don't waste your money, just buy it!

Great tights at an even better price!

Whenever you have the opportunity to buy tights of this quality at such a low price, you should use them immediately. Soft, beautiful and fits like a luxury glove. The color is beautifully dark but still has a purity that doesn't overshadow your overall skin tone. With the right lighting, they give off a gorgeous glow that also accentuates the length of your legs. Very good hosiery and very happy with this purchase. I will for sure buy again!

Not red. Best of Girls

I love trying on different styles and brands of hosiery. This is the first test of ballet tights. I love how my legs look in these tights. So I ordered brown tights. They are very soft to the touch and feel very good when you put them on. The only reason I gave these ballet tights 3 stars is because the color of the tights is not brown. The color is more of a light pink. I was very disappointed. It doesn't look like skin color to me. If these tights were really brown I would most likely give…

Wide ankles: Tights

After reading other reviews I decided to try these. Yes, they are mostly opaque. Nylon makes them very soft. But it also makes them prone to baggy knees and ankles, especially if the child is on the lower end of store size (and very skinny). It doesn't have that angular back/shape that you get from big brand dancewear tights. That might be okay for some people (those who don't like feeling cooped up in a sausage box). However, for a child who dances several times a week, you really want a…

Good quality but still not what I'm looking for.

These tights are really good, the problem is that the belt is so uncomfortable. I'm 5ft 6" and 125lbs, I have a little extra bulge around my waist but not much and yet every time I'm not standing up straight it feels like it's bumping into me. I'm not a dancer, I just want to wear some semi-comfortable tights (can those two words go together? ;) with my dresses and boots. I have black tights with a nice thin ribbing at the top is not as tight as pantyhose and I love them. I would love to find…

It's all about the silhouette

When I opened the box and saw how tiny the unstretched waist was, I thought "they don't fit" but was very pleasantly surprised at how much they stretched, without losing weight. this of its form. Opacity (my legs bruise very easily from both dance class and everyday clumsiness, but you couldn't see either). And like many other reviewers, I tried them out after buying a pair of Capezios and having trouble with the unforgiving belt. This is where my experiences differ: I've had a significant…

Comfortable and sturdy but not super tight.

I'm not a ballerina, I'm a waitress in a casino. JC Penney appears to have discontinued the black 'gym tights' we all love at work and we're struggling to find a good replacement. I took the size M/L to test at work. Here is our review. They're really black, which is important. And at 5ft 7in, with a heavy butt and big hips, I was able to quickly and easily slip the M/L on and pull them up almost to my armpits for that slimming effect we all love in the ab area. However, we all agreed that they
