🍳 Anolon Advanced Nonstick Cookware Pots and Pans Set, 11 Piece, Bronze: The Ultimate Kitchen Companion for Culinary Enthusiasts Review

Ordered on 09/28/2013, After just a year the non-stick coating on the pan and pan stopped working, there was no visible detachment or damage, everything just stuck to it. Now after 4 years with one set of gloves the coating is scratched and peeling. Anolon advertises a lifetime guarantee on Amazon but I filed a claim and they say I abused it. I've been a chef all my life and this was a significant investment for me. AVOID this junk like the plague.

After reading the reviews, Anolon seemed like the best choice. Not right. I have a Wolf electric glass hob. It is imperative that the pans are flat and have good contact for heat conduction. The two pans I bought warped and are now spinning like tops and taking longer than necessary to heat up (see photo). If that's not enough, the coating in one of the pots will peel off (again, see photo). Who knows what we ate! I only gave two stars because they fulfilled their guarantee. Avoid this product.

Needed something with a flat base to use on our glass cooktop and something heavy enough to stir the pot while adding liquid with the other hand. And so that the pan does not slip on the hob! They work well enough. They are definitely NOT STICKY which was great. You stay on the hob without holding onto the pan, eliminating the need for 3 hands. We have often used a small morning egg frying pan and the non-stick surface has come off by about 50%, requiring a thorough cleaning to remove food debris without removing more non-stick surface, and we only use Teflon cooking tools, no metal touches the surface. My Calfalon pots and pans are about 15 years old and all scratched on the inside so I finally decided to buy new pots and pans. I literally researched for about a month before finally settling on these Analon nonstick pots and pans. I love it! They are amazing! They're durable, the silicone grips are amazing, they're quick and easy to clean, and they heat up surprisingly well.
