The brand has earned my favor

The brand has earned my favor. They bring me back to the 90's. I found one with more joule protection but settled on this one. This gives me more information about what's wrong with the outlet, reverse polarity, etc. It's good when I use it in another house. The sockets also have built-in child and sneeze protection. I liked the cable and (I think some people still use fax lines) phone line protection. I don't like that the cable is limited to a flat 360 degree rotation, but I know this is to…

Pros
  • Surge protector for telephone and coaxial data lines
Cons
  • Crumpled

Pros
  • Surge Protected Power Strip 3020J
Cons
  • Unbelievable price

Just a month after purchase and it has already paid for itself.

What made me purchase this product was a lightning strike that burned thousands of dollars worth of equipment. Technically, my ISP was hit and the surge went down the DSL phone line to my modem, then to my router, then to my wired camera system, and then through an HDMI NVR cable (among other things) to my TV. Apparently I had no protection on the DSL line at that moment. When I was looking for a replacement surge protector, I bought one with DSL/phone protection. A month later I was beaten…

Pros
  • 8 foot 180 degree cable with right angle plug
Cons
  • Expensive
