GOOD PRODUCT. SIMPLE DESIGN, SO FEW ERRORS.

I've looked at cheaper desktop reverse osmosis systems but when I visited their websites the only way to contact their support was via live chat and it was always offline. This manufacturer has a working phone number and useful information. I ordered the RO with a box to make it easier to keep clean. The output line is just a hose with a red cap. I keep the hose in a plastic bag to keep it clean. A simple hose outlet is great for me because I use my reverse osmosis system to fill a 5 gallon…

Worth every penny and more

This benchtop reverse osmosis system is ideal for homes or situations where a reverse osmosis system with storage tank cannot be installed. For those who want to understand where the sewage is going, it flows out of a special tube that is part of the adapter that replaces the aerator on your faucet. A lot of waste water ("Solen"). Typically, systems are designed to produce 1 part clean/filtered water, 2 or 3 parts wastewater. That's how they work. Collect the brine in a few gallon jugs and use…

Best small table top reverse osmosis system on the market

I bought this system after extensive research. This is the best, if not the only, reverse osmosis system in its class. The taste of the water is very refreshing and clean. The entire system is very small and takes up very little space, making it ideal for use in a small apartment countertop. The system uses 5 levels of filtration to remove chemicals, dust, etc. Installation was very easy. I was able to install it in minutes thanks to the nice step-by-step instructions in the user guide that…

Light, clear water works best for kitchen and bath supplies

I use it daily for both drinking and coffee brewing water. The water it emits is only 10-15ppm which is close enough for me to fully clean it. Since absolutely pure water is not ideal for either purpose, I recommend adding minerals, which I like to do with concentrated drops that I mix myself. I've also seen ready mixes being sold if that's too much of a problem for you. It's a bit of a hassle but worth knowing exactly what's in my water. It drains pretty quickly, and the bypass lever allows me

inexpensive clean water

I'm entering my 3rd year and am using 5-10 gallons a week. Keep reminding yourself that it's time to buy a new set of filters, but the meter says otherwise! (and I check the meter to make sure I'm getting accurate readings - with both water and sterile measuring cups). No more lugging bottles into the store without knowing if and when the filters were changed. water tastes like water again nothing clears the head! a little tricky connecting the faucet screw to the sink (quite an apron). I…

AMAZING RO DESK SYSTEM!

Very worried about it! And found it very easy to set up. When I turned it on I knew it went through all the filters/membranes as some of the water that came out was black which must have been from the coal being washed off. This lasted about 25 seconds, after which the water at the outlet became clear. I followed the directions and actually let the flush take a little longer than stated (10-15 minutes), I flushed for at least 25 minutes and made sure my water was only "warm". I did several TDS…

LOTS of sewage!

Benefits: Delicious water. Easy to connect in two minutes. Has a flow switch to divert water away from the filters when you need to run hot water or wash dishes. Cons: Very slow depending on the water pressure. Our pressure is normal, not high, and a liter jug is filled in 20 minutes. In addition, it produces as much (or slightly more) "undrinkable" water as plain water. I had never used a reverse osmosis system before and was shocked by the amount of water. I've potted it and watered the…
