I wasn't sure what to expect when I ordered this product. You have photos of various items on the listing, I have chosen "fine mesh bags" which are pockets with zippers in the photos. When I first opened them I thought that the nature of the material would make them good little pouches for fancy soaps or the like. I wish it was a little more brittle to fit better in filters but it will do the job.

These mesh bags were just what I needed to store my canister filter media. I bought a pack that included both a fine mesh and a high flow mesh. High flow bags are great for charcoal pellets which is my favorite use. Thin pouches are suitable for all thinner media. I made sure the zippers and clasps on the bags I received are nylon/plastic so there is no reactive metal inside. These packs help defray the cost of pre-packaged aquarium charcoal and give me a lot more environmental options.

They work great, I ordered 20 and got 20 and everything seems to be done pretty well. I will be giving away to use as machine wash bags for face masks which I also make. Therefore, for some people who cannot handle hand washing, it may be safer to machine wash their masks and keep laces, ribbons, and elastics from getting tangled or damaged in their machines.
