Like a lock, just what I needed. Except there are NO screws or plate. I don't want to go through the whole brew haha and send it back so now I have to get some screws and a strike plate. i got it thanks

Not exactly perfect for my door but I was able to get it to work with no problems. There is no problem with the part but the door I was supposed to use it on was made for a different mortise lock and the painter removed the original and lost it. now it works great

Installed on bathroom door. It sticks a little when you press the unlock button. But that could be because our house is older and there were no right angles anywhere. If your door and frame are perfectly aligned, it will likely work perfectly.

When lowering the lever, it does not fit tightly in the latch; to keep the door open. You can squeeze it, but it will pop out again. I was waiting for help installing it and missed the return window by a few days.

Holds up well, runs smooth. These longer ones make it easier for shorter people to access the top of the 8ft door. I don't think the "throw" length is long enough to get into the concrete at the bottom of the door, but they work great for the top. and look

Great product. It works well. I wanted a roll stop for everyday use and this latch for security. Because of this, I installed the roller latch closest to the "bolt" side of the door and the security door latch only on the hinge side of the roller latch. The door wasn't solid so I had to remake the door to fit the latch.

It took me 3 weeks to receive it. I contacted the seller and said it was from China and they were out of stock. I wish they would have told me so I didn't think he was lost. In any case, upon receipt he had to replace the rusty latch. I wanted SS because of the salty air on the coast. I installed this on a Menard's Mastercraft sliding patio door and am very happy with the quality. A lock is a nice feature on a door because kids can easily learn how to open the handle, but it's out of reach (and bonus: it looks damn stylish). The lever rotates from top to bottom so that it is on the same position plane. I haven't seen any reviews detailing how it works, so I thought it was worth mentioning.
