Average quality of the product, especially for the money.

The result disappointed me, since I already have a KPT-8, the meaning of the purchase becomes incomprehensible. I wrote a review in support of the Arctic and asked if I bought the original thermal paste, or a fake. They instructed me to take a photo and send it to them. They said it was original. Photo - to make it clear exactly how the original MX-2 8 gr.

    Pros
    • The price is lower than other "brands" in these volumes. I took 8 grams, should be enough for a long time. Tightly screwed cap of a new design.
    Cons
    • The first application went wrong. It is smeared worse than KPT-8 (real). I think it would not be possible to crush a drop with a cooler normally. Under completely identical load conditions, the result is close to KPT-8, on the verge of close results (although I think 1 degree MX-2 won). Load - constantly a little over 100 watts CPU package, cooler - CBO Corsair H70. Maybe it is at the very beginning of the syringe that it is unsuccessful, and then it is better and not "dried"? I don't know, time will tell. But it is better, of course, that from the first application it was good, so this is a drawback.

A disgusting store, I ordered this thermal paste, not only was it delivered with an open and crumpled package, it turned out that the syringe with thermal paste itself was almost empty, an open fraud. I wrote an application for a return to the market. I plan to file a complaint with the police about fraud.

Has some pros: Pasta is generally good. I took it once for an experiment and realized that compared to Chinese pastes like GD900, the temperatures are 5-8 degrees lower. For hot processors, that's it. Some cons: I took at a "discount" 550r for 8g, they put a syringe for 4 grams. It turns out cheated.

The price/quality ratio is great, I will buy again.

I bought this thermal paste a year ago and replaced it with a PC a year later I opened it and I was shocked on my i5 everything is perfect like a year ago it justifies for its amount and lasts for a long time even on a laptop replaced

I didnt expect the quality to be so high.

I got it at an interesting price, thanks to the market, you help me out, I recommend the product for purchase, thermal paste, in my opinion, is one of the best

    Pros
    • Holds a decent temperature
    Cons
    • Sometimes it's too liquid

8 grams of the legend for 530 is cool. From the first days I use it only. After 1.5 years on 1050 ti for home use, the son of a toy, I periodically loaded the renderer and so . the rest in detail. Not a day of downtime))) The paste after 1.5 years is quite viscous. It was possible not to change it, but the hands "itch" .))) I smeared the same assembly with MX4. All parameters are one to one with MX2. Why then overpay? MX2 is even easier to apply to everything.

    Pros
    • brought fresh)))

A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.

An online trade sells thermal paste that someone has already used. I contacted the manufacturer, he confirmed that the syringe was not filled properly. Be careful. I am attaching a photo immediately after unpacking. Manufacturer's official response: Hi there, That looks like someone used it before. We also need your invoice + current address. kind regards Your Arctic Team, ARCTIC Customer Support

    Pros
    • Genuine thermal paste that I trust. It only got better over time. Easy to apply, excellent heat transfer.

I only use thermal paste - wish it was cheaper

Arctic Silver 5 is the paste I use on all my builds. I am most convinced of its cooling performance, which is why I am currently lowering the price for very small containers. I have a computer shop and rely heavily on this product. I wish they would offer bigger whistles at a reduced price.

Arctic Silver 5 didn't work out for me, it was.

I didn't receive the Arctic Silver 5, it was a fake. I don't know why nobody noticed that this is a fake, the color, the consistency is not the same as the original, it's too runny or watery and light.

THERE'S NO better way to mount your TPUs

Silver The BEST conductive metal, silver particles are suspended in this thermal paste. If you measure out the right amount and spread evenly with a nonconductive spatula, DO NOT overapply. This product will provide you with excellent performance for many years to come. Of course, you must be ESD (electrostatic discharge) protected, shunt all charges to earth before working on the board, and use wrist straps and surface-dissipative blue or black conductive material to station yourself at a…

Its worth it. Take it. You will not regret it.

I have been using this thermal compound for 13 years and have never been disappointed. Whether the processor was water or air cooled, I had fantastic heat transfer results. The paste is easy to apply once you understand how to do it properly. This stuff holds up well over time too as I had it on a computer for 7 years before removing the CPU and the paste was in great shape. Secure the Arctic Silver 5.

It's good pasta but I wish they had .

This is a good paste but I wish they could find a way to make it neater rather than squeezing it out at the end. Finding the perfect spot on how you should apply thermal paste to a processor is difficult.

and it works great. Some use a pea sized amount

This is AS5 and works great. Some use a pea sized amount, personally I used a razor blade to apply a very thin coat to the CPU die, let it sit for about 10 minutes to 'tune' it up a little more, then after a thorough cleaning installed the heatsink. . MUCH better than OEM factory cooler solutions. If you're that into computers, do yourself a favor and upgrade to AS5.

    Pros
    • Don't waste too much time
    Cons
    • Some little things

    THE BEST FOR THE DOLLAR.

If you're looking for thermal compound you won't find a better Arctic Silver in terms of value for money. There are actually better thermal greases out there, but their performance per dollar is not within reasonable bounds. If you're just starting out with building a PC, this is a good, quality purchase. And no. It won't short out your system if you make a mess. However, this will mess up the processor socket.

    Pros
    • Wide range
    Cons
    • Weak set
