The jacket far exceeded my expectations for the price. I was a bit skeptical at first but figured what the heck is a reincarnation and I can bring it back if need be. The real test will be when we get to Montana in the coming weeks.

My son loves his new coat - very good quality, great fit, loves the panels on the sleeves to keep his hands warm and gloves to protect from snow.

Much better quality jacket than I expected for the price. Not sure how it will hold up in the Wisconsin winters but my son has started wearing the jacket and says it's really comfortable. He is 8 and usually 10 size. I ordered a size up and got a large for him (12/14) and it fits him perfectly.

when I bought the item. I thought it was a thicker coat. When it came in the mail. It's very light and not as thick as I expected for the price. This will work for the mild cold weather we are having now. So not bad and looks good.

I am very disappointed in this jacket. It's cute, fits well, is light but warm, but after only 2 months of constant use, the lining ripped around the cuff, rendering the jacket unusable as my son couldn't get his arm through the sleeve.

Beautiful jacket in bright colors. My son finds that the sleeves are not very comfortable. Billed as a winter coat, it seems pretty thin for a Pennsylvania winter.

Bought it for my middle school student. Although he lives without his friends and knows he has a jacket, it fits well and is very warm. He takes it with us when we go snowboarding and skiing in the mountains.

This is a great winter coat and fits true to size. It has no fleece lining, so it can be worn over a fleece or sweater in very cold outside temperatures. It protects from the wind, appears to be water resistant which is what we needed. It has a nice, durable zip and hood. I love that it can be washed on a gentle cold cycle as our child is at school and germs are high. Great fall/winter jacket.

My son loves the jacket but we almost sent it back because the sleeves are too long and the body length is too short. He insisted on keeping it, but I wouldn't recommend buying that particular brand.

I got this coat as a Christmas present for my son. The only reason I got this is because it says detachable hood. No, it's sewn on. Very disappointed.

I was impressed when I first took this jacket out of the box. It was more like a coat, but it was a jacket with some padding (not so much that it was puffy or too bulky). The zippers are large, which is especially helpful if your child (or you) is wearing gloves and is trying to zip up. The velcro straps around the zipper are a nice touch. In general, the coat is good, a little big. My biggest issue is that I bought this coat instead of another because I wanted a coat with a detachable hood. This suggests that it has a detachable hood in several places, but that's definitely not the case.

This coat works great. I like that the lining of the coat has thumb holes. Lightning seems to get stuck, which started from the beginning. I love the colors and the look with red boots and they are quite thick for a cold winter.

I bought it for my 21 month old son. This heavy coat definitely keeps him warm. I will say that while most children's coats are roomy, this one is more fitted. This doesn't necessarily affect fit, but may affect a "hoarse" child.

Made to a very high quality and will most likely be warm enough. I bought a large as my son usually wears that size but this one was too big for him. The sleeves look extra long and my son actually has long arms. However, we decided to keep it anyway as it means it will last longer.

Bought size XL for a medium height 12 year old who normally wears a size 10-12. He was still tall, but that didn't bother him. Keep it warm while skiing. The large size would have been perfect for my son but it was still a good buy.

I bought this for my grandson and he LOVES it. This jacket is really well made and should last a long time. We live in northern Minnesota and it's cold there, he said his jacket was nice and warm! I can recommend this jacket with a clear conscience.

Haven't used it for the cold Chicago winters yet, but I think it would be fine with a flannel vest underneath. The zip is VERY snug and has only been worn a handful of times since early fall.

I am very happy with this purchase and have actually bought two in the same color for my two boys. It's light but warm. Looking forward to trying this in zero weather.
