Works as it should.

The first one did NOT come NIB, the transparent packaging was torn at the point of the tape and it was clear that this was clearly a return. To check: worked fine for about 2 weeks, and then the modem randomly stopped receiving a signal from my provider. Called CSR and they walked me through the standard troubleshooting steps; Reset to factory settings. etc. worked fine for a week and then the problem returned. I called CSR again with my case number and they offered to replace the gateway. I…

Works great for networking products

I recently purchased this cable modem to replace a rented modem from Xfinity. It was easy to set up and works great in my apartment. I haven't had any problems with it so far and no service failures either. The price was great as other sellers had it at least $50-60 more expensive. Thank you for selling this wonderful product!

  • Glitter

  • Vulgarity

Very good down to 1 gigabyte

This device is Doc 3.0 only, not 3.1 max 1GB download. But very stable. Great device for Wi-Fi and tethering in one. Mine almost came out of bricks, but with a little help from tech support it all worked out.

Excellent modem for network products

Used for a while, very good. I installed this with no problems and it is fully comparable to Xfinity. It's great that I saved a ton of money renting a box from a cable company. would recommend that

Great replacement for Comcast Rental.

Works great with Xfinity. Easy online setup. Didn't have to call to activate it. Good not great Wi-Fi signal strength. About the same as the Cisco Xfinity I replaced. Buy the one with the McAfee offer at full price and you don't have to activate the McAfee offer. Update: The modem still works after 6 months, no problem. However, I only paid $110 for mine and since July they have increased the price by $50. The same model costs $132 without McAfee. This is no longer worth the money.

  • Cool
