I'm using my second set of Art Naturals Black Castor Oil Shampoo and Conditioner. I have thin hair that has thinned a bit with age. I wash and dry my hair every day and have always had hair on the counter and in the comb. Since using this shampoo I have no more hair on the shelves and the amount of hair on my brush has become much less. Not sure if this is for me. It's very thick and dries out my hair. I thought it should have done the opposite. My hair is not very thick, maybe that's why? I went back to vegan coconut shampoo/conditioner. Works best on thin and thin hair.

If I could give zero stars I would! I chose this shampoo and conditioner despite the bad reviews and immediately regretted it. First, the shampoo makes the scalp tingle (at first I thought it was fine, but then I realized it just dries out the scalp). Pros: What I learned after using this product for almost a month.1. Gives your hair really great cleanliness2. Thickens your hair as promised (my hair is already thick but I had to stop using it for a while because it really adds volume to my hair). 3. Imo this is bullshit! My roots are greasy and my ends are so dried out they now look and feel like straw. My hair has never been in such bad condition. My hair is long (I've been growing it for years) and after that I won't be able to grow it back. I've also noticed that I'm losing a ton more hair than usual. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.
