Nice set of 40 T-shank blades suitable for most homeowners. 35 of the 40 blades are for cutting wood and 5 for cutting metal. Each blade is clearly marked with its characteristics on the shank and recommended use on the cutting end.

I didn't realize how bad and worn out my jigsaw blades were until I got this new order. Cuts much better, easier and cleaner. Fits my saw perfectly and was cheaper to buy than going to the store and buying each pack. I would be happy if they were in my Christmas stocking! I'm just saying.

All but one set contain a good set of wooden blades; different number of teeth, aggressive, clean cut, fast cut etc. and they also include a set of 6 metal cutting blades. You can never have too many spare blades, and you can't go wrong with 40 of them for this sweet price. They fit all common jigsaws. Highly recommended.

Here's the deal. As soon as a saw blade of any kind shows the first signs of dulling, it must be replaced. Dull saw blades do not cut straight, they get very hot and leave burn marks and put excessive strain on the saw motor. You get 40 blades in this set, so you can afford to replace a blade once you realize it's dull. They come very suddenly. They are fixed very securely in the saw. A good thing.

This set of 40 blades contains 8 different blade types, packed in sets of 5 pieces. Blades are not identified by the number of teeth but classified by use. They go perfectly with my Dewalt electric jigsaw and cut PVC pipe and 1/2 inch plywood with ease. I haven't used them extensively so I don't know how long they will last. I feel like they are worth the $14 they are currently selling for on Revain.

I have tried several jigsaw blades on soft wood and a contra angle. There is only one container of metal blades suitable for copper or brass. If you attempt a simple cut on a corner, the blade will heat up and quickly lose its teeth. Wooden blades tended to get very hot even though they cut through soft wood. There are many Blades and I think they will run out quickly. I used them in a B&D network puzzle and they make a great quick swap device.

This set contains a wide range of high quality jigsaw blades. They go perfectly with my two jigsaw puzzles. Some manufacturers grind their blades and then paint them to keep them from rusting. This makes the teeth less sharp. Not these blades. The teeth are very sharp and well set so that the blade does not get caught in the cut (see photo). You get a wide range of useful blades at a great price. They are inexpensive. I highly recommend them.
