Boosts Workout Recovery with AstraGin

Must have with all your soups.

I love this thing oh my god if you want to get your vitamins many of which are excreted in the urine this will prevent it. And you can lower the creatine dosage, the stuff is hyperabsorbent, that's good, I trust him a lot.
