No real adjustment. The pads are minimal but for the cost of the product I've added external pads and will be changing the chin rest but it's great for the airsoft needs I bought it for.

Even as an adult I have a smaller head so if that is you then you will love this helmet. For the price it really works. The only problem is that there is not enough space on the front for the camera mount for a GOPro mount. So be prepared to use extra glue or some crazy glue like I did.

Great helmet with extra back and front pads, multitool (super sharp letter opener) and airsoft patch. Good for non-professional gaming, can take some wear and tear. The only complaint I have that is a bit unrelated to the actual product is that the manual for the multi-tool came in Chinese, so I don't have 3/4 of the stuff on it. idea of who they are or what they do lol

Poor quality even for the money. The helmet padding is cheap and does not protect the head. I'm quite a short guy and can almost squeeze a helmet in half. The helmet straps are poorly constructed and difficult to adjust. Once you've got it down, the straps dig into or cover your ears. And the buckle doesn't fit no matter what. But if you change the chin strap and buy different padding, it will work for airsoft. I also added a GoPro mount. Let's see if it works or not.

Good helmet but I didn't like a few things, the comfort wasn't great, yes the padding was there but that was what made it uncomfortable, also it doesn't fit well or uncomfortable with a lot Goggles or eye protection so I recommend re-checking. Good quality, honestly it's a bike helmet but it's great for airsoft. If you are planning to mount a night vision goggle it works fine but the mount on it is plastic and will hold up but the slot is a little bigger than the Rhino mount for my PVS-14 so it wobbles causing two stews on the front of the helmet. .
