🚤 Enhance Your Marine Audio Experience with the Audiovox Sirius SIRMARINE Marine Mount Antenna (White) Review

Same size as Garmin GPS antenna. I've used it on my sailboat track with a 1" mount from a nautical store and the cable that comes with it is enough to get you quite a long way. No problems with reception even though it's only 6 inches from my GPS antenna. Great product and price.

While this is a great antenna for the marine environment, the cable was too short for my application. The connector on the antenna is a TNC connector and so far I haven't been able to find an extension with a TNC on each end. Looks like I'll have to buy a TNC to F connector adapter and use an RG-6 cable to make an extension.

Great flush mount antenna. Weatherproof and on my boat for over 2 years. I catch rain, sleet, snow and sunny hot days all year round and it keeps the tunes going. The only issue I had was that the end of the tether that attaches to my Sportster base was broken. I haven't found anything local to replace it. Called AudioVox and they delivered it at a good price.

Buying this antenna is a great experience. I installed this antenna on my Harley Davidson Tri Glide touring backpack and it works GREAT! I also have one on my boat. I used the antenna that came with the XM Sirius radio and was only disappointed with the lack of signals. This device acquires the satellite signal and doesn't let go of it, so you can always hear your radio without interference. This antenna is very easy to install and worth the money.

Works perfectly in my setup with JVC head unit and SXV300 Sirius adapter. Looks strong enough to withstand the rigors of a boat when installed outdoors in a fully open area. Far superior to the standard antenna supplied with the SXV300 Sirius. Note that this is a large device, approximately 3-1/2" in diameter and 1-1/2" tall. You'll need about 1 inch of clear space below the surface you're bolting it to to accommodate the threaded shaft and cable.

I needed a good antenna for my Sirius portable player. I drive a truck for work and every day I have to plug in the radio and take it with me at the end of the day. This naval antenna was ideal for several reasons. First the cord. The line is thick and soft, easy to roll. My main criticism of the main antenna for Sirius is that the cable is a very very stiff and thin cable that doesn't really twist and turn into a tangle!
