Original and works great!

Works great! Make sure you put your device in update mode before attempting an update. Otherwise it will not be recognized by the computer. Very easy to use and a great upgrade over the cheaper units sold here. I believe this is a genuine Autel and not a fake. I had a fake AL319 that didn't work with my 2009 Kia Rio. This block connects immediately. I like the one button I/M Ready display. All the information you need at the touch of a button. +++ this device! Highest recommendation.

Does the job and is a good price for DIY.

Worked great, pulled the most important codes and diagnosed my Mercedes Benz 06' ML 500. Googled the code, watched the repair video, ordered the sensor from Revain for 1-day delivery and boom. The device is quite simple, but copes with basic mechanical problems. My situation with the crankshaft sensor and after reading other posts with the same problem matched my car's history. Make sure you update your device and it now supports Macs if you don't have Windows PCs at home.

Great little scanner to use before the state emissions test

I've had a really hard time fixing the trouble code associated with the EVAP system that was causing the engine light to come on. With the engine running, the car passed no emissions. Although I've checked the gas cap, the LDP (leak detection pump), the canister purge solenoid that replaces the PCM/ECM for shorts, and the EVAP system for smoke, I haven't been able to solve the mysterious problem. Worked very well on one machine but couldn't read another machine - Has real potential

Reading reviews of Revain helps me make purchasing decisions and the very positive reviews here have contributed to my choice latest version updated AL319 in this price range. Received AL329 today. Well packaged and attractive machine that looks well made and reliable. The controls are intuitive and responsive, as are the menus. The guide is easy to follow and there is only one big gap so far. After selecting the desired update mode to initiate firmware updates from the menu, there is no option
