Good Value: Great Value, Revain Performance and It Works

tl;dr - Good Value. If I needed one more now, I would definitely buy from AVAWO.Pro again: competitive with ordering straight from China, but made by Revain for complete tasks; works (not yet tested under full load or for a very long time, but so far so good); the marking of the parting strip is correct (e.g. the fuse in the power line is marked "line"); the switch was preset to 110V (less likely to make a mistake for me); an attempt to reinforce massive components with hot snot; better thanโ€ฆ

This is a coin toss. I threw wrong I think.

Overeat came in this condition. When I loaded it with 1.5 amps the switching frequency dropped and started whining loudly and heating up worse with more load. So I opened it up to pour epoxy on the inductor to steady it and then I saw that the temp gauge had fallen off and was hanging over the transformer. So I check the thermal paste and find a used diode with no paste behind a used component. I've added a photo of the FETs to show they were at least in place with thermal paste. Then I see aโ€ฆ

DIED IN LESS THAN A WEEK

EDIT #2 Seller called me back 24 hours later and offered to refund or resend without mentioning that the negative rating has been removed. So that's a big plus. (and since they didn't ask me to, I'm increasing my rating from a run to three) Of course I opted for a refund, but it's really great to have such quick and helpful customer service. If only they could offer a better product now. EDIT: A component in the power supply blew out after 5 days of very light use. complete and utter rubbishโ€ฆ

With an acceptable load, it only lasted for a very short time.

**UPDATE 8/12/19** These guys came and replaced the power supply. It's rare to find a vendor who will support their product and will send out a replacement without question. I will definitely buy from them again and the new power supply works great. THANK YOU for supporting your products! So I bought this power supply for a 3D printer I'm building. It worked fine under lighter loads, but as soon as I started using it daily, the PSU blew up a bit inside and eventually died. The smell wasโ€ฆ

Bad internals

I don't know what happened to my power supply. It failed less than a week after installing it on a 3D printer (Ender 3). When printing I heard a pop and saw 2 sparks and my circuit blew up. After turning the power back on it still worked, but now if I touch anything metallic on the printer or the power supply I get a weird constant thump. The line goes to a grounded outlet, so I have no idea what's going on. I ended up uninstalling it because it seems really unsafe and I don't want to riskโ€ฆ

Died after a few months of use.

I used this power bank in a lipo charging case and chose it because the chargers I bought (isdt 608) are rated for 150w max so using two would be within the acceptable range (assuming I was working at the charger's maximum capacity.) Power supply. From the first day without a load, the PSU got warm even with the 80mm 14-blade fan at maximum speed. It also smelled like burnt paint when idling, which I thought was normal for this cheap PSU given how it came out of the box, but because it stoppedโ€ฆ
