Ideal for bearings and seals

Fits 2006 Ford F150 xlt rear diff. Also added a manufacturer of seals on the sides. Didn't trust the pad manufacturer alone.

Pros
  • Cool
Cons
  • Weak Set

Not for 8.8 best bearings and seals

Not for 8.8 but excellent quality. There is no 8.8 shim in the Fel-Pro catalogue, so you will need to use a shim maker instead.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Poor instructions

Perfect fit for my '98 Expedition.

Perfect for my 98 Expedition, 9.75 12 hole diff. Be sure to use a torque wrench and install to specification. So far so good, no leaks!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Fits and does not leak bearings and seals

Fits as it should and does not leak. Just clean both matting surfaces very well. I use a fine spoked wheel on my drill press, install and cross tighten the diff bolts, fill to spec and boom easily.

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • I will add later

Fits Ford 9.75 axle

Perfect fit for 2015 Ford 9.75 axle. Don't forget to lubricate the seal with transmission or engine oil first. It swells up a bit and seals better. Simply apply a thin coat of oil to both sides and leave for a few minutes before installing.

Pros
  • Finally bought it
Cons
  • Good but not great

Not Fit Differential

2012 Ford F150 FX2 Rear Diff. The bolt holes didn't line up very well but I managed to cut a small piece of the gasket at 3 holes to fit. It's a regular pad but I thought it would be better. Just be prepared to make changes if you're using a 2012 F150 rear diff.

Pros
  • Easy To Use
Cons
  • Approximately

2012 FX4 9.75 ": Bearings and Seals

Easy to use paper gasket for changing rear diff fluid, I'm not sure if it's really needed but I also have a transmission oil shim -Cleaner used on both sides for extra security This gave me a good bead seal all round If you need help, search FordTechMakuloco on YouTube for service videos.

Pros
  • Best in Niche
Cons
  • Reliability

Perfect Fit and Seal Regular Quality Fel-Pro

Fits the back of a 2011 F-150 4WD. The gasket was used in place of the factory RTV "gasket". If all of the screw holes don't line up perfectly (2), just flip it over and they'll match! I always trust a real pad. I used a little under three quarts of 85w140 oil and two 4 ounce tubes of low friction additive. No noise or leaks during a test drive.

Pros
  • Nicely
Cons
  • Compatibility
