Great idea with terrible execution!

I really wanted my kids to play with this in the garden but it just didn't fit. dream of what could have been. Everything is very cheap plastic except for the belt. It seemed to me that it could be made better and more durable. Yes, everything fit on the belt and mostly stayed there. The iron on the patch was cute and we just kept it on my son's desk. The case and paper are fine because they fold up to hold the paper, but the pencil is one of those cheap tiny pencils that doesn't last very…

Good idea but never realized

Small magnifying glass and ruler and mini notepad in a small plastic case, pencil and little Girl Scout patch. I love the idea of a toy that gets my kids exploring the great outdoors. Unfortunately, the execution leaves a lot to be desired. The quality of the items is very low for the price and generally doesn't offer things you probably wouldn't already have. Plastic exploration belt ideal for role play

Our family is outdoor fanatics! All of our free time consists of outdoor activities, especially trips to state and national parks. We love sharing these adventures with our children and grandchildren. Hiking is an important part of these trips, and exploring nature is key to success.
