Not as pictured, best in spares

I did not receive the plastic housing filter as shown in the picture. Received a filter in a metal case. Now I order additional parts or another filter.

1996 GMC Suburban 6.5L Diesel Fuel Filter

Baldwin diesel fuel filter arrived promptly, well protected in the box and was in new condition on arrival. I was impressed to see that this filter comes with a black plastic mounting ring built into the filter. (All I need now is a socket tool to loosen and tighten the filter ring, so if anyone knows where to find this tool please let me know).

To break up with me and tell me that their bleds worked perfectly. When they started creating a new style.

I've been using these for years. The item I received was NOT the same as pictured. It was a new Baldwin BF 1201. Same filter, different top. The pressure ring is built into the filter element. Baldwin finally got their heads out of their asses and got the pumps working properly. AFTER ARGUING WITH ME AND EXPLAINING THAT YOUR UPGRADES WORKED PERFECTLY. When they started making new filters, there wasn't even a hole in the vent tube. The print couldn't work. The arrogant assholes I spoke to keptโ€ฆ
