Easy to install and works great. I bought one for my son's bathroom and then one for the master bathroom. So far we are happy with both. We have well water, it helps against the sulfur smell in our water.

Hair and skin did not soften after installation. I bought 2 different hardness tests, both showed 210ppm. Air conditioning removed, checked again - the same result. I took the tests to my sister (just to make sure they didn't "get stuck" at 210) and both tests showed a water content of 160ppm.

I really wish I had found this shower filter years ago - I could have avoided itchy skin and scalp. This little baby works like a charm, easy to install and really saves the hot water I use. I almost always ran out of hot water when I washed and pampered my hair and also showered. Now I can do all of this and more and never feel like I'm going to run out of hot water. I find it amazing! We are so glad we found this one.

We bought this BathBeyond 15 Stage High Efficiency Vitamin C water filter in July. At first we liked that the water pressure didn't change or didn't change at all. However, the water pressure dropped sharply after 3 months. After disassembly I found that the metal coating on the inside of the filter housing had collapsed and was clogging the filter! See attached photos. As marked, I cannot bring it back to Revane.

Very easy to install. I didn't even have to use the instructions. I also bought some spare filters, changing the filter is also very easy. No tools required. I've been using the same showerhead for several years and if this BathBeyond filter really removes chlorine fluoride and improves the condition of my skin and hair, I would know. I bought this on August 21, 2019. My husband installed it the following weekend. I only use the shower head we installed it on twice a week when I wash my head (we have three shower heads in the shower and I only use this one for that).
