Perfect replacement for

This is an identical replacement for the grips that came stock on my Topper truck, an older, discontinued Canopy World brand. I originally just bought some spare keys for my old pens, but this pen set came with four keys AND was $5 cheaper than just a set of keys! The new screws (included) were a little shorter than the original screws but would still work, but I just reused my old ones.

Only works one way with hardware

These are good knobs with good locks but they really only work on one side, the left side of your RV door. Both only turn to the left to lock the cabin door of your motorhome. I have an empty RV body, the handle on the left rotates left to lock, the handle on the right rotates right to lock. I had to modify them to make them work, a fun task, but it wasn't necessary if you attached one handle for each side of the pack instead of both for the same side. But good strong handles and locks.

Great replacement at a great price

I had an old lid with mismatched handles and no keys for the locks. They fit perfectly, had the same keys and matching screws. My only issue was that the holes were slightly wider in diameter on the inside, but nothing that could be secured with a couple of washers using the screws provided. Now I have matching buttons that don't close much more than just trying to find the right keys. Since I was replacing deadbolts from old locks, they worked for me the way they were with square holes and a…

Won't be long, won't close or reopen.

I've been wearing them for a while but I don't think it's been a year. Now it is VERY difficult to insert the key to lock or unlock. If I can get the key in his hit or miss, I'll be able to turn the key in the lock. That's not the only problem, the handle itself won't open even when unlocked. I'm actually between 1-2 stars on them. Now I have to replace them. Please note that they do NOT come with a bracket for mounting. You have to buy new ones or, if you replace them, keep the old ones.

Fits perfectly with my empty!

They work great and fit snugly on the handles of my blank fiberglass lid that is on my 2003 F-150 Heritage Edition. I bought a used topper and it didn't come with keys so I bought these pens. Each individual pen has a set of 2 keys, giving you 4 keys in total. The locks have the same keys, so if you lose 3 keys you're out of luck, but at least you'll have a spare key that fits both handles. I recommend them if you can't block yours or if your current ones are just hard and beat up. I hope this…

Locks Completely rusted in less than 6 months

Honestly I thought they were great. They were easy to install and looked just like the factory model. However, after only 6 months I could hardly lock it or turn the key when it was in the socket. So I oiled them only to have them completely seize up and rust for a few months afterwards. I live in dry Utah where only snowy winters bring snow, so rust and corrosion aren't usually a problem here. But I wasn't able to lock her up for almost a year, and sure enough, last month someone finally broke

Cheaply made someone else will find the lock

I first bought a Bauer key which code matched the buttons I had that didn't work so I returned it and got new ones Bought buttons for $5 more. Bauer grips have a smaller and flatter base than OEM so I have to paint around the new grips. And while they don't even come with a screw, let alone a new base plate, the original screws are too short to reach the smaller base and hold it together. The rods aren't even threaded to allow the use of a nut, so only a tiny set screw holds the latch and is…

or possibly subsequent delivery check. The good: They work, the finish is good, they fit (more on that in a moment) and 4 keys are included. I have everything shown in the promotional photo and nothing else. You'll need to make or buy a replacement panel if you don't already have 2 (I have) and you'll need hands to actually latch the door even if you don't already have them. Bad: You were late. Being 2 days late ruined my weekend plans but I am ashamed for believing in the promised dates. Not…

Perfect replacement for worn or broken suitcase handles

I have already bought two sets for my two trucks and I am very satisfied. This is just one of those rare products that will solve your problem with ease and grace, and also economically. You will need a Phillips screwdriver and a flathead screwdriver, that's all. The buttons are different for the left and right side, and the lock plate, which fits snugly into the body, has a front and a back. So take some time to see how the old set works, specifically which way the knob turns to keep the lock…
