Didn't work for me at all

Unfortunately wasted money for me. The plastic anchors popped out as I raised and lowered the window, and the velcro didn't help it stay in place. Then, within two weeks, the plastic window insert began to fall apart and snap off, leaving the door guard unattached. The actual upholstery material was very thin and my dog was able to press/scratch the door with the upholstery. I ended up buying a more expensive one which seems to stay and therefore protects the door better than this one.

Good concept, bad design

Product material looks durable, easy to assemble and is water resistant. Lady, our German Shepherd loves to give the door a thumbs up. This product helped a little. I love my dog but not enough to properly attach him to my new car. I decided to buy a better middle seat liner that had high sides that attached to crappy overhead bars. Theses can be secured by simply tucking the flaps into the window slots, but Lady is a big girl and eventually the flaps will fall out unless secured with velcro. I

Easy installation: Dogs

They fit my Nissan Rogue easily. I didn't want to use velcro so I just stuck plastic latches into the window opening. I don't roll down the windows for my dogs as they are already quite reactive when locked in the car so I'm not worried about them scratching my tint. The only thing I don't like is that the rough part of the velcro is sewn onto the door guard. I had to glue the soft side to the velcro and just leave the self-adhesive backing on because I didn't want the velcro to scratch the…

Good but difficult to install

I bought these for my 2009 Sierra minivan. They work well on the driver and passenger side windows, but only on the second row doors when the blinds are down. It may be possible to fit them into the blind's slot, but they will need to be cut and I'm not ready to do that step yet. I tried securing the curtains in the back with just 3M velcro but they fell off within a day. So far the only tab that seems to pop out when I roll up the window is the one closest to the front of the car. For…

Sturdy No: Seat Covers

I bought this set because my 80 lb husky kept trying to eat my door and also scratching it. It's durable and easy to install (make sure you use the included Velcro), but there are a few downsides. If it is on a door, it will first close the window controls, lock, and doorknob. It's good when my dog is acting up, but it's bad when a person is sitting in the seat and wants to control it. The Velcro and/or the overall structure of the cover allows the door to still be used, but to do so it must be

Good quality for the price

I have a 70 lb pit bull that whips everything that moves in my car. When I first started looking for door guards, I saw a price range for this product from $16 to $30. The reviewers' main complaint was that they don't stick, as most people don't want to use the included Velcro. So I decided not to spend much and go for the cheapest option. And it works well and I don't use velcro either. I could easily install plastic parts in the windows of my 2015 Nissan Sentra. The material is thin and…
