Great Deal! best in my review

The belt tensioner received looks exactly as pictured in the listing. Very happy and can't wait to install it. The product may not work well in humid environments!

Does not keep tension constant

After a strong tension is applied to the belt there is not a way to make the tension screw to stop from slowly turning itself and weak the tension of the belt. I bought based on the good reviews but this part is critical.

Works for Anycubic Kobra max

Had clicking in my belts, bearings or housings going bad, replaced x with two 2040s and y with 2020. all clicking gone. Work great. Again for kobra max.

  • Unhook belt and slip through the tensioner, otherwise you will be hunting down tiny washers…

Perfect for anycubic Kobra max.

The tensioner on my anycubic max is made of plastic. This part failed in about 30 hours of use printing item. These are made of steel, so one does not have to worry about part failure. A simple and quick upgrade

Perfect fit in my review

I have an Ender 5 Plus, and even though my printer was not listed as being compatible with this belt tentioner, it shares the same, although larger, frame. Before I even removed the stock belt tensioner, I sized the new one up to my printer's frame. Everything went together, and is working, flawlessly. This is a very welcome upgrade to any Ender 5 Plus.

Deceptive product images and confusing item descriptions? You're gonna have a bad time.

Deceptive thumbnails and confusing product names make it look like you're getting both x and y tensioners, but it's actually just showing 2 configurations ot the same and SINGULAR x axis tensioner.

Vastly superior to stock

Easy to adjust, and holds tension once set. With the turn of a knob you can completely slack the belt to work on the printer, and as quickly you can put it back in proper tension.

Fits an Ender 3 Pro

Fit of the overall product is great, issue is with the pulley wheel - each side has a bearing assembly, one side is completely seized.

You lose Y-Axis on Ender 3 Pro

Don't buy this for the Ender 3 Pro, unless you intend on losing some of your build volume. The bed carriage wheels collide with this belt tensioner and you will have to adjust your Y-Axis settings to reduce the forward bed travel. I ended up taking it off and not using it until I can fabricate a bracket for it to attach it to the bottom rail of the extrusion.

Good but be careful.

I buy these for all my printers but for new users be careful. This device makes it very easy to over tighten the belts. When over tightened, the belts will stretch and soon start causing quality issues.
