Unfortunately the first regulator I received didn't work but the company was quick to respond and refunded the purchase price. Definitive. looks identical to OME. I will buy again.

Faithful to the original, easy to install and has been working for several months now with no errors or problems. Most importantly, it's a lot cheaper than what I would pay at the dealer or the parts stores.

Failed only 1 month after installation, also replaced the fan so can't fault the motor or the fan. When I first bought it I noticed the sponge inside was flimsy but I didn't think about it until I saw the old one and realized it had to be hard and strong to keep moisture out. The air conditioning worked intermittently at best. I used the iCarSoft scanner for Mercedes - another Revain purchase - which diagnosed regulator/resistor issues. This was the exact same block as the original Mercedes Behr block. Much cheaper than the $380 the Mercedes dealer wanted for sure! I ended up sending it back as the fan motor was defective, not the controller. Connect a 12 volt light bulb to the output to test the output. As you adjust the fan speed, the light should dim and brighten. The product solved my problem. I changed the fan two years ago because the fan was deformed and stopped working. The AC stopped working again (no air blowing again) and I thought the fan had failed again, but I watched some YouTube videos on how to fix it and realized I had to prevent water from getting in mine water collection tank penetrates. that has not leaked.
