Bell Rear Bike Racks: Optimal Caddy Solution for Bicycles Review

I've always liked Bell products, but not the trunk. If I have very little on it, it wants to twist. I tightened the quick release knob to the point where I think it broke, but it still turns. Put some extra rubber on the mounting post and it will still do the same thing. Wouldn't buy another and I know it was the only bike with full supination. Revane did me right.

I bought this one marked 'used' very cheap and expected parts to be missing or damaged. Everything was there and in "new" condition. I think the first person who bought it was disappointed with the lack of instructions or online manual. Bell's online PDF manual didn't help at all. I used online photos of the item that others have taken to figure out how to assemble it, it took a while but it was worth it.

This is a nice luggage rack and looks like it was made for my folding bike. One star deducted because the description doesn't state which seat post size fits. I'm assuming mine is thicker than the original as it didn't fit out of the box. I had to remove the spacer but I don't want to scratch my bike so I'm going to use a thin self-adhesive spacer to line up the clamp. Wow, this is so different from my 22 year old bike rack! This one had pivoting side posts and a total of four (4) bolts and four (4) nuts!
