The tickets were hard to come by. The cards stick to the sides all the time. Some cards are dealt face up. I was really hoping this would work. The game we are playing uses 4 decks, so there is a lot of shuffling involved. Sorry.☹️

I expected more. Once I put the batteries in I hope it works. I think I've finally figured out how it's supposed to work. It just feels like it's made out of flimsy plastic and I just hope it holds up to actual use.

The first one I bought was not working on one side. I sent it back and bought another one. It also arrived broken. I contacted the seller and received no response. I have a second one. It works but is broken so I have to adapt to use it. I didn't get a reply from Revane either. I asked for a replacement and then sent the defective one back. I ask over 2 weeks ago.

Six Deck Shuffler. We had new cards and batteries, but it wasn't shuffling properly. This applied to 3 or 4 decks of cards. It's very frustrating to feed decks of cards when we're about to shuffle six decks at once. We have used this brand before and have been very satisfied. Very easy to use and the initial shuffling speed is impressive for the price. After about 50-60 uses, the card shuffling became quite uneven from side to side. It looks like the gear cover that grips cards wears out over time and tends not to grip cards efficiently. In our case, it's a right-handed mechanism, forcing you to constantly shift the cards from right to left for even distribution. I suspect it's because the gears are plastic. Despite this rather annoying issue, this is a good product
