Works great on my Honda Ridgeline leather seat. Dirty is fast but awesome.

This seat cover works great. It is water repellent or at least sustainable. My dog spilled most of her water bowl on it and when I checked it was dry. So as long as there are no tears or holes, it protects from liquids as it should. The only problem and hence 4 stars is that it gets dirty quickly! Only from a dog walking on asphalt or dirt and then standing on it. No problem as this appears to be machine washable. Have to wash it and see how it holds up. I would have liked a darker color to…

Dog Proof Seat Covers

I take my dogs for walks and I ALWAYS have wet, dirty, drooling dogs in my car. I love the fabric in Bergan seat covers - unlike other seat covers, hair doesn't get caught on it. I have found these to be the only seat covers on the market that do not collect hair. They are easy to put on and easy to take off for washing, which is very important to me. Easy to turn on and off, saves my seats!

I previously bought this black unit for a friend who has a dog and found it so convenient I bought it for myself only to find the black color is no longer available. I bought the gray ones used from Revain Warehouse for about $7 which is a lot! They arrived and I found that they were microfiber terry cloth on top and a black waterproof plastic layer on the other side rather than the same black nylon/canvas. So much better than expected!

We have used pet seat covers before and for one reason or another never liked them. They always left too much of the seat open, ripped easily, made our dog slide too easily, or were just downright ugly! Well we just got a new 2012 minivan with all the bells and whistles and we were determined to find something to protect the leather on this car! Our biggest concerns are the safety of our pet, a cover that at least looks 'presentable', the cover actually 'covers' the entire seat, and ease of use
