The product itself is mediocre at best. Customer service is the worst. I've been calling since I received the package and it always goes to voicemail saying "Leave your name and number and we'll call you back." They never answered my call and I was busy, so I couldn't stay on the phone so they won't pick up my package now.

Nowhere in the company description does it say this top is not waterproof. But in the fine print in the instructions they deny any responsibility for water ingress. I'm not sure if it's a raincoat. But it's easy to install and looks good. Need some more fabric around the doors as they have gaps to let in more rain.

Bought to replace an old model that has seen better days. The fit is great and really protected the cabin from a couple of torrential downpours. The cover material is excellent. The elastic bands holding it in place are useless! I am just completing my third rainy season (January-December) with this cover. I can't face the thought of missing a topless day, so I leave the hard top and doors off my LJ as much as possible, and this top is cross-strapped to the bed.
