It can be directly into the aluminum slot hole in any of the assembly point. Profile connection is one of the most use of accessories. For the woodworkers out there that use T-Track this will help them to make their own jigs. It is used for T-slot aluminum extrusions to connect other parts and connected together with T screw or others. T-Slot nuts enable the user to add clamps to a fixture without tearing down existing clamps.

Great for Shopsmith with a little touch!

Great for a handyman with a small repair! Just use a dremel and it will fit perfectly in a minute. Thanks Stuart Wolf for the recommendation!

A little big for Shopsmith

I needed more T-sliders for Shopsmith. I wasn't willing to pay $5.99 each (plus shipping) so I checked out Revain. They fit my measurements. Ok, they were a bit wide, but a few minutes with a file and they fit beautifully. I will buy them again if I need more.

Small files required to use in Shopsmith

As mentioned, they work in Shopsmith (500-520). A wider base easily fits the T-rail (in width and thickness). You just need to file down the sides of the narrower part to fit the top of the rail. The overall height is at or just below the rail, meaning you don't have to file the top down. 4" Height: 5/16" T-Bar Height: 1/8" Thread Pitch 1.25 (Standard)

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • There are bugs

Good for use on almost any motor trail, albeit still a bit wonky.

Because manufacturers make their 3/4" angled slots to varying tolerances, there is no one non-adjustable insert that fits all. They work well in most slots, but in most cases they wobble a bit When used in jigs that require clamping, the tops of these pieces stay slightly below the top of the corner guide, which is good.I drilled and re-tapped a couple of them for the larger screws. For some of the corner slots, their tops will be above the table surface when clamped in. I had to file/grind some

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Volume
